Welcome to the North Somerset Citizens Advice Bureau!

We are an independent charity that provides free, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues including benefits, debt, employment, housing and consumer problems.

Our aims are to:

• provide the advice people need for the problems they face
   
• improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives

As a charity, we are dependent on a workforce of paid staff and trained volunteers.
