We provide free, confidential and independent advice to people living and working in North Somerset.
People come to us with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options.
We also campaign to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
We are part of the national Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.

Our volunteers come from all sorts of backgrounds and help with everything we do. Could you join them?
