Advice by Email

You can use our email form to ask for advice about an issue. Please note you do not need to request an appointment to attend one of our general advice services as these are conducted on a drop in basis.

When completing the email form, please include as much detail as you can about your issues and any relevant personal circumstances. This will enable us to provide you with information and advice that is relevant to your circumstances.

Please note we are unable to provide email advice to anybody who lives and/or works outside North Somerset.
We aim to respond to email enquiries within three working days. If you have an emergency, require advice more quickly or should you wish to remain anonymous, we would invite you to attend one of our drop in sessions or to call our Adviceline on 0800 144 8848.
