Wellbeing Collective

North Somerset Wellbeing Collective

  • The North Somerset Wellbeing Collective is a collaboration of independent groups who all share the common goal of improving the health and wellbeing of people in the area.
  • The Collective is a ‘coalition of the willing’ committed to the principle that collaboration is the only way to provide high quality ‘joined-up’ support to people and communities: this is based on the principle that ‘what matters to me’ as an individual should be what matters to organisations providing support.
  • The North Somerset Wellbeing Collective is a collaboration of independent groups who all share the common goal of improving the health and wellbeing of people in the area.
  • Joint working, with members playing to their respective strengths is key to making the sum of the Collective greater than the individual parts.
  • The Collective is a strategic voice in promoting our objectives, creating a common strategic goal by drawing on the organisational objectives of members.
  • The Collective is non-bureaucratic and non-competitive. Our organisational structure will be at the minimum possible level necessary to achieve our goals.
